Policy Q, A, SSL for the Quality, and for the Health and Safety of workers

David & Sons has adopted a Business Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), in order to ensure products that meet customer requirements while devoting maximum commitment to preventing injuries and occupational diseases, for the ever-greater satisfaction of its workers, users and stakeholders, consistently with the analysis of the context and of risks and opportunities.

David & Sons therefore undertakes to pursue the following objectives:

• ensure that laws and regulations on Health and Safety are implemented and complied with, through a proactive approach and the involvement of every operational area of the company;
• supply compliant products that meet the needs and expectations of interested parties, striving to keep customer satisfaction as high as possible;
• promote every action aimed at protecting the environment;
• respect the principles of environmental sustainability at every level of business activity;
• optimize the use of energy resources;
• ensure that its activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions;
• inform, educate and train all staff to achieve the highest levels of professionalism and quality of performance, create tools for sharing experience and knowledge, and encourage employee participation and involvement, including through their Workers' Safety Representative, in the process of safeguarding Health and Safety, pursuing constant improvement of everyone's sense of responsibility;
• extend the use of operating procedures and technical standards for the proper management of activities, with criteria based on improving the Health and Safety levels of personnel and the quality of the services offered, ensuring that the established standards and procedures are maintained over time through a systematic audit process for the continuous improvement of the Management System adopted;
• comply with mandatory requirements regarding OHS and industry regulations;
• implement actions and initiatives aimed at the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases and at limiting their consequences, including through monitoring tools aimed at identifying areas for improvement;
• define a system for monitoring its performance in Quality, Health and Safety, based on indicators, including economic ones, used to quantify the results achieved and update its Improvement Plans.

The tools that Maglificio David intends to make available are:

• A motivated and attentive leadership, committed to the common good, which intends to use the Integrated Management System, compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001, as the primary tool for implementing a path of continuous improvement, ensuring the necessary human and material resources;
• a system of indicators that measures the efficiency of our processes in real time and provides feedback on the effectiveness of the choices made;
• the development and involvement of the company's internal human resources, through training and awareness programs.

Consistently with the above, and in order to implement it fully, David & Sons undertakes to periodically define, following the review of the Management System and of the Policy itself, improvement objectives and programs for Quality and Safety, which will be shared with staff for implementation and verified as scheduled, in order to report on them to internal staff.

Maglificio David Srl believes that the success of this Policy, which guarantees continuity and growth, can only be achieved with the full commitment of the entire organization, from top management down to each individual worker. All staff are therefore called upon to comply with the spirit of this Policy, which applies to all activities controlled by the company.
